No Child Deserves To Go Hungry

The UK has some of the highest levels of hunger and deprivation among the world’s richest nations, according to a wide-ranging United Nations assessment of child health and wellbeing. It is estimated that 1 in 3 British children are in 'multi-dimensional' poverty. (The Guardian 2017).

Its seems incomprehensible that in the UK, a relatively wealthy nation, that some £8 million people are struggling to put food on the table, half of whom regularly go a day without eating. In in 5 children under the age of 15 suffers from food insecurity. The Trussel Trust, the UK's largest food bank provider gave out 208,956 emergency food parcels to children in the last half of 2017 - a 13% increase from the previous year.

Our mission is to support our local food banks and charity partners to deliver 1 million meals to vulnerable children in our local communities and to help unemployed and disabled adults to transition into work. We are using the power and reach of socially conscious fashion, beauty, health and wellbeing brands to achieve this.  As a social enterprise, we invest all and any of our surplus back into the community we seek to support.
